TVCS Past Scholars

Torrens Valley Christian School will be celebrating 30 Years of Successful Christian Education in 2010. Torrens Valley Christian School has much to celebrate and reminisce over these past 30 years.

From the opening in January, 1980 with 14 students, using the facilities provided by the Reformed Church of Adelaide in Campbelltown, the move in 1984  to its present site on Grand Junction Road, Hope Valley.

The Past Scholars Association was formed in 1993 with Danielle de Waal (1989) as its first president.

The first year 12 students to graduate in 1989, The opening of New Tech Facilities in 2006 and New Staff, Library and Computing facilities opening in 2008. Next year in our Anniversary year we will be opening our new Art Studios and Science Laboratories.

To mark this significant year we are planning several wonderful events through out the year. These will be great opportunities to catch up with Past Scholars, past and present staff and community members. We would particularly like to make contact with as many Past Scholars as possible and have them join us in this year of celebration.

We are setting up the Past Scholars Association again, and we now have a Community Liaison, Mrs Sue Learey who is dedicated to supporting an Past Scholars Association. We don’t won’t anyone to miss out on this significant year, so if you are able to provide us with as many contact details as you have, we will be updating our records to keep in contact.

We would also love to have Past Scholars who are interested in joining a committee to arrange reunions and events to contact us.
