Since finishing Year 12 in 2019 I have started a 3-year-long apprenticeship in Digital Engineering at Mott MacDonald, a global engineering and development consulting firm. The apprenticeship is a first of its kind, with hands-on experience in real day-to-day challenges, taking part in real projects across South Australia and gaining a nationally accredited Diploma of Applied Technologies.

Since 2005 the University of Adelaide has been welcoming high school girls onto campus for their Young Women in STEM event. At this event students meet awesome women studying STEM and learn from technologists, engineers, and mathematicians through a range of hands on activities.
