Year 11 Design and Engineering students have designed and created CAD models of their own Star Wars inspired fighters. Students used the industry grade software ‘Autodesk Inventor’ and applied a range of advanced modelling techniques to make their idea come to life. The images here show the result after applying materials and lighting their models for renderings. Their designs were also 3D printed!

Since finishing Year 12 in 2019 I have started a 3-year-long apprenticeship in Digital Engineering at Mott MacDonald, a global engineering and development consulting firm.
