How to access the School Card discount for 2021
The School Card discount is NOT automatic.
At the beginning of each year you must apply to the Department for Education and Child Development (DECD) and receive official notification that you are eligible before the School can make concessions. School Card applications are now made online here.
Once you have lodged your application, please send a copy of the confirmation of lodgment (screenshot or email) to finance@tvcs.sa.edu.au.
If you require any assistance with this process, please contact the School and ask for assistance from the Office Staff. Tuition fees will be invoiced at the full rate until such time as official notification of eligibility has been received by the school. Please pay the school card rate by the due date if you are applying for School Card.

2021 School Fees
All families are required to pay their school fees via our FACTS Management Australia online self-service portal via an automatic payment schedule from your bank account or credit card. Invoices for tuition fees are invoiced annually in late January.
Our Finance Officer, Mrs Belinda Hamber-Vanderpeer is available to meet with you and answer any questions regarding your tuition fees, entry deposit or school card. Please don’t hesitate to contact her on finance@tvcs.sa.edu.au

Text books, stationery and laptops
All text books and stationery are provided by the school and the cost has already been included in your tuition fees. Stationery will be distributed on the first day of school and text books are allocated through the Resource Centre.
If your child is in Year 7 or above, they will receive their laptop during the first week of school.

School Banking
Our School Banking program is a fun way for your child to develop the knowledge and confidence to handle their money, combining a savings and a Rewards Program with great activities throughout the year.
If you would like your child to participate in our School Banking program please register your interest at Commbank.

Emergency and Medical Information
Update your contact information
Up-to-date family information is required in emergency situations when your child is ill or injured and it is vital that your contact details are kept up-to-date.
It is very important that the Front Office is advised of any changes of home address, home, work and other contact phone numbers.
First Aid and Action Plans
If your child keeps an Epi pen and/or other medication at school, please bring this into the Front Office on the first day of school. Please check all expiry dates on the epi pens and medication. If your child has an Action Plan, and you have not already given it to the Front Office, please also bring this to the Front Office on the first day of term.
