We are located at the front of the school in the corner of the Senior School building, adjacent to the car park. Our entry is north facing, away from Grand Junction Road. If you are unsure, report to the Front Office upon arrival and you will be directed. To ensure easy access and parking, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?
Our main carpark entry is off Grand Junction Road. Please do not park in the drop off zone in front of the school hall.
Parking is also available at the shopping centre across the road.

DO WE REALLY NEED A FITTING?
The choice is yours, however, we encourage each family to get a proper fitting. This will enable us to professionally fit them with their required summer uniform. We also take this opportunity to explain uniform policy to each student so that they are aware of what is expected. This includes overall presentation, hairstyles, jewellery and shoes.
HOW MUCH TIME IS REQUIRED FOR THE UNIFORM FITTING?
Appointments are 30 minutes per student, and are set 30 minutes apart, so please be on time and aware of the
appointment after you.
WHEN DO STUDENTS WEAR SUMMER OR WINTER UNIFORMS?
Summer Uniform: February, March, November and December Winter Uniform: June, July and August Summer or Winter Uniform: April, May, September and October

HOW MUCH WILL THE UNIFORMS COST?
Uniform prices vary. For one of each item, Junior primary students can usually cost approximately $400 to $450, whilst
Middle and Senior students can be in the vicinity of $450 to $550. We have a large selection of second hand items in our shop. If you are experiencing any financial hardships, please be in touch and we’ll discuss how we can help.
WILL I BE ABLE TO BROWSE THROUGH SECOND HAND SALE ITEMS?
Yes. Our second hand items are donated by our school community, with items cleaned and repaired for your
convenience. Please allow for more time during your appointment as it can take time to sort through and decide.
HOW MANY ITEMS OF EACH WILL MY CHILD NEED?
We recommend that you begin with one of each but also realise that every student and their family has differing lifestyles and budgets. A second uniform top may be required in the warmer months or if designated sport uniform days are consecutive.
DO I NEED TO BUY A TVCS SCHOOL BAG AND HAT?
Yes. These items are part of our uniform. Students add some ribbons or key chains to individualise their
bags and make them easier to recognise whilst stored on classroom bag racks.
DO YOU SELL SCHOOL SHOES?
No. We do not sell school shoes. Please check our Uniform Guidelines for more information of
what is required. Black school shoes are to be worn for everyday uniform. Receptions to Year Two are allowed velcro tabs in place of shoelaces. Navy blue or brown school sandals may also be worn in summer. Predominantly white or black sneakers are required for sports uniform. (No fluorescent sneakers please.)
WHAT ARE THE REGULAR HOURS THAT THE SHOP IS OPEN?
During School Term, Monday and Thursday 8.30am to 11.15am, and Thursday 3.00pm to 4.15pm.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
We accept eftpos, visa and mastercard. Some items may be out of stock with delivery just prior to school starting and may have to be on backorder. We have the smartphone app called Qkr! which is easy to set
up. Uniforms are listed with sizing and pricing. Purchases can be made at any time, with collection from the front office during shop open days, in school term.
WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS A GROWTH SPURT BEFORE THEY HAVE EVEN WORN THEIR UNIFORM?
There is sometimes a long time between fitting and commencement, and we do our best to ensure additional
growth room. We allow for any exchanges in the new year, as long as items have not been washed, labelled or worn. Please wait until approximately two weeks prior to commencement before pre-washing and labelling, just in case.
WHEN DO WE COLLECT ANY BACK ORDER ITEMS?
At your fitting you will be advised of the two (2) days that our shop will be open, a few days prior to the commencement of the school year. This will be the time to collect backorder items and make additional purchases or exchanges.
CAN WE BUY LAST MINUTE ITEMS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SCHOOL YEAR?
Yes. Our Uniform Shop is open for two days prior to the commencement of the School Term, times will be advertised.
Special sizings that might have to be pre-ordered could take up to eight weeks to arrive if ordered at this time.
